I recently encountered a significant issue with my order, where the supplier mistakenly sent incorrect items, leading to an unexpected and substantial financial burden. Unfortunately, this error required me to pay customs fees twice: first for the incorrect items and then again for the correct items once they were finally shipped. This mishap resulted in a total loss of approximately $400 due to the additional customs charges.
